A perfect gift for commuters who love customizing their car, or anyone who appreciates all things retro tv show decor. This handmade piece uses hand painted aroma beads to create a lasting, personalized scent as a car freshie. Available in custom designs inspired by favorite shows, this retro tv show decor hangs easily in your vehicle and performs best when it gets some sun, lasting from 1–3 months depending on scent and conditions.
• handmade, hand painted freshie with premium aroma beads and fragrance oils
• includes 1–2 aroma beads and a quick clip hanger for easy display
• measures approximately the size of a typical hanging freshie (sizes vary by design)
• lasts roughly 1–3 months with normal use; some scents can remain noticeable up to 12 weeks
• do not place on flat surfaces; oils may stain — designed to hang in cars, closets, bathrooms, or small spaces
These retro-inspired freshies are created to celebrate your favorite tv shows and vintage pop culture — pick from designs like Friends, The Office, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Beetlejuice, Elvira, 80s cartoons and other retro tv and movies. If you have a specific image or idea, send me your custom image or message me with details and I will make it happen using the shop’s customization options. Colors and bead combinations may vary slightly based on available materials, but each piece is matched thoughtfully to the freshie design.
- made to order to ensure maximum scent life; please allow up to 5 business days to ship
- processing times reflect hand painted, personalized work and supply availability
- fragrances with vanilla may yellow white beads over time; this is a characteristic of some scents, not a defect
- items are handmade so small imperfections in paint or finish are possible and part of the handcrafted charm
Care and use tips: hang your freshie in a sunny spot inside the vehicle for best performance (more sun = more scent), avoid extreme heat and direct contact with upholstery or plastic surfaces where oils could transfer, and remove if beads appear excessively softened. These freshies are small, portable, and versatile — perfect for adding personality and fragrance to your daily drive, a bathroom, closet, kitchen, office, or a child’s room. They also make thoughtful, handmade gifts for friends and family who collect tv show memorabilia or enjoy nostalgic, retro decor.

I absolutely love this but I was expecting it to be a bit smaller and not as heavy. I also didn’t realize it was going to be on an elastic string. I can’t have it hanging on my rearview mirror because of these things since it’s illegal but I’ll find a space for it. I got the scent love spell thinking it wouldn’t be so floral but my boyfriend doesn’t like it and says it smells like a urinal pad.
